Santa Cruz Guitar Company was established by luthier Richard Hoover in 1976. The small company soon became known for their superior craftmanship, attention to fine detail and their environmental awareness that has resulted in their green philosophy of only using both reclaimed wood and responsibly harvested new wood.
Refret
We can refret your Santa Cruz guitar with a plain unbound fingerboard or a lacquered maple board (includes re-lacquer). We service and repair bound fingerboard or bound fingerboard with enclosed fret-ends (Gibson style). Also dressing, stoning and polishing services.
Headstock repairs
Santa Cruz guitar necks and headstocks repaired. Glueing, splinting and spraying as necessary on all string instruments.

Amongst the Santa Cruz guitar models that we offer full repairs and services for include: the Baritone, Dreadnought, F & H models, Mandocello, OM and OOO models and the Slope-Shouldered Dreadnought. They also produce Small-Bodied guitars including The Cowboy Singer, The Catfish Special, Janis Ian and Firefly.
